Overview:
Josh Kesselman and the Team at RAW have partnered with THE JUSTUS FOUNDATION to give Legacy Operators assistance in building new business opportunities. We will be giving 3 X $20,000.00 grants away to Grand Prize Winning Legacy Operators with a need to fund their businesses and smaller grants to other submissions. ELIGIBILITY
- 1. You Must be a United States Resident
- 2. You Must be a Legacy Cannabis Operator defined as: “An individual who has commercialized cannabis for the majority of their income, or sacramentally distributed, or ceremonially distributed cannabis, outside of the legal framework, during the period of prohibition, predating legalization by at least 5 years.”
- 3. Winners will be selected at the Sole Discretion of The JUSTUS Foundation Board.
- 4. You must have a business that has been incorporated/organized prior to January 1st, 2023
- 5. You must complete Grant Form at www.justusgrants.com
- 6. You may make only one submission per entity
Miscellaneous Rules
- 1. Grant payment to winners must be made by wire transfer to a United States Bank Account in US Dollars.
- 2. Submission of Grant request form on www.justusgrants.com constitutes consent for the applicants name, image, likeness, voice, etc. to be used in promotional materials, media, social media, and websites by The JUSTUS Foundation and RAW.
- 3. The JUSTUS Foundation is not responsible for any banking/transaction fees associated with payment of the Grant amount.
- 4. Selection of Awardees are made at the sole discretion of The JUSTUS Foundation
